Make enough lacy tape to have 24 holes along the side.
Pick up the 24 holes along the edge.
K24 tog. I know. It’s a pain. If I weren’t late, and lazy, I’d have walked into the other room to find my Afghan crochet hook. But I am late, and it is nearly time to use the sunny spot for dinner prep.

Slip that stitch back on the needle and knit it again
Turn, k3tog.
Pick up the initial stitches. Sew them to the current stitches, or use a 3 needle bind off, or graft them.
Here is your circle. You can use it like a quilted yo yo, or use the picot loops on the outside to attach to other lacy tape structures.
