Carol E. Herman’s Calla Lily Wrap is the 4th pattern in Technicolor: Matinee, and also the 2nd in Technicolor: Movie Night. There is always a some flashbacks in a sequel, but this one is gold. Carol has removed Calla Lily from solo sales for now, so it is available as part of this collection, or the sister publication.
“This triangular wrap is knit flat, bottom-up and sideways, with increases worked along one edge only. The cable is fun and interesting to
work, and the rest of the wrap is worked in garter stitch.”
Calla Lily is an elegant cabled wrap, inspired by Art Deco fashion, which flourished in the 1930s and earlier.
One part of our game is seeing how differently our patterns turned out even when we were all using the same stitches on purpose. I was impressed with how Carol’s yarn choice pulled the Art Deco inspiration out as well.

We decided to leave the introductory price of $20.00 in place this week of October 8th, 2024 until October 15th, because it took me so long to get the pattern pdf up on Ravelry.
The lowest price (and highest surprise) is for the early subscribers, as we add patterns the price will rise. But all of our customers will receive all eight patterns.
