I’ve knit a baby sweater; and it’s so cute.

This summer I was knitting an Elevenses sweater for my cousin’s baby due in November.  I used Malabrigo Rios in the color Vucan, and the 3 mo size and I’m so pleased with it.  I got the buttons on last week.

I asked his soon to be big sister what he would put in the (actual working) pockets if he were old enough to put anything in his pocket.  She thought about it so long, I thought she hadn’t heard me,  but then she answered very decidedly: a rock.

Yes, that is exactly what he’d do!
